German

Children have the opportunity to learn German as a Language Other Than English (LOTE). They will have either one or two lessons per week.

We have a German Curriculum Framework which is used for teaching German. The topics are strongly linked to other parts of the School Curriculum. The programme ensures the learning of the language, learning about the culture, the country and the people.

A sports day is held annually. S.A.P.S.A.S.A activities also offer a number of opportunities for students in years 5-7 to represent the school at a variety of sporting carnivals.
